Hotel La Place

Pretty much everything. Really relaxed hotel - nothing too much trouble. Delightful staff and very attentive to every request. Lovely surroundings and good atmosphere and facilities. Fabulous restaurant. But it’s the staff that make it special whether on reception, Housekeeping, restaurant or management - all are helpful and friendly and go an extra mile.

My flight was cancelled and I was able to make a booking at very short notice. The stay was brilliant , the staff were fantastic , very welcoming and extremely helpful. The evening meal and breakfast were fab. Thanks so much.

Lovely hotel, staff are very helpful & friendly. Both bar and restaurant menu’s / food amazing. Breakfast menu very varied, something for everyone. Hotel taxi service again brilliant. Best hotel we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in many.

The rooms were comfortable and clean with direct access onto the pool area. The breakfast had a vast selection of options and catered for all tastes. The staff were all very polite and the service was excellent in all areas of the hotel; the bar, restaurant and reception. My wife and I have stayed at the hotel 5 times over the last few years and the level of service has always been first class. It is a shame that the hotel is closing in October and being converted in holiday apartments as we will miss the comfort, food and service that will be very difficult to replicate at another hotel.
